A new set of waves are rolling in with the Yeezy 700 V1 “Waverunner”. First releasing in November of 2017, the Yeezy Boost 700’s represented what was a significant shift in Kanye’s design aesthetic, moving from the minimalistic silhouettes of early Yeezy seasons to this chunky runner model. It once again showed how Kanye stays ahead of the curve, as chunkier sneakers resurfaced in 2018.
The Yeezy Boost 700 V1 comes dressed in Solid Grey / Chalk White / Core Black and features an upper composed of full-grain leather and suede overlays that offer a premium finish along with a supportable and durable wear. A mesh upper provides lightweight breathability and comfort where it is needed, whilst reflective material on the heel adds unique design cues and visual interest. The TPU midsole features a stonewash effect that creates a distinctive look, making no two pairs alike. A boost drop-in midsole offers the ultimate underfoot cushioning experience.
Yeezy Boost 700 V1 “Waverunner” releases in-store at 9am and online at 10am on Tuesday 22nd March, price aed1399, UK4 – UK12.
