In accordance with UAE law, The Good Life will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.

Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe
Customs and import duties and taxes may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We unfortunately can't tell you what these charges would be as custom policies differ from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a PO Box address as our courier DHL requires you to sign when they deliver your item.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return them to us in-store within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
Unfortunately, unless you're item is incorrect or defective, we are unable to cater to international returns at this moment. We're working hard to offer you this service and we appreciate your patience while we set things up.
Returns for incorrect and defective items will be accepted. Please reach out to our customer service department if you received an incorrect or defective item and we'll do our best to assist you.

Payments are processed in AED but we display approximate conversion for certain currencies. Local currencies are for display purposes only and are calculated based on exchange rates that are updated daily.
