Nike Air Kukini SE

Part of Nike’s Alpha project, an innovative, performance-geared Swoosh label that was active around the turn of the century and responsible for classics such as the Air Presto, Air Zoom GP and Air Zoom Haven, the Air Kukini is coming back true to the OG design. Created by Sean McDowell (the designer responsible for the Air Max Plus) and last retroed in 2011, the model features a flexible cage system, large pull tabs for ease of entry and removal as well as a heel Air unit. The first drop gets covered in wild leopard graphics with minimal branding in the form of a single Swoosh on the tongue and the Alpha project signature five-dot logo on the lateral heel.
