returns, refunds, and exchanges

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return them to us within 14-days of receipt. Items must be in original condition which means they should be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging. Any item that is non-exchangeable and non-refundable will be clearly indicated on the product page. 


what is the return period?
- 14-days from the day your order was received/delivered.
what condition should the returned items be in?
- Original, resalable condition.
- Unwashed, unused, and unworn.
- Complete with original tags and packaging.
- We do not accept returns for care products if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
- Due to product limitations and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: socks, gift cards, swimwear, face masks
what items are non-refundable?
- Sale items, items sold as part of a promotion, or items sold using a coupon code.
- Free gifts.
- Items marked as "excluded from all promotions".
the size isn't right. can I exchange the item?
- Exchanges only apply for items of similar price and above.
will I be charged for a return/exchange?

- Free exchange/return for UAE orders on full priced items above AED500.
- AED40 for UAE orders below AED500, sale items, or items purchased during a promotion.
- International orders are responsible for return shipping charges and any custom charges that may apply.
- Please note we only accept one exchange per item.
- In-store exchanges/returns do not incur any fees
what charges are non-refundable?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
can I exchange/return an online order in-store?
- Yes. You can visit our store during our opening hours and a member of our team will assist you.


how do I return an item?


step 1 – send us an email

  • Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the details of the item you would like to return.

step 2 – we will review your request

  • We will review your request and send you an approval email. If there is any valid reason why we are unable to take your return we will let you know.

step 3 – ship your item

  • If the return is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines on how to securely send us your item back to us.

**Please note, it is advisable that shipping to our store in Dubai should be done via trackable courier services, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex. Using your local postal service may result in severe delays and the shipment being returned to sender.**


step 4 – get your refund

  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Once inspected, you will then receive another email once the refund is processed.
  • A refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days to be reflected in your statement/account.


what happens if the returned items are inspected and are used or damaged?

  • We are unable to accept the return of used or damaged items.
  • In the rare case that this happens, a member of our team will reach out to you.
