We pack every order with care. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can help.

Shipping options

United Arab Emirates

Dubai same-day: AED 25 for orders placed before 3 pm (delivered within 4 hours)
Express: AED 20 for orders under AED 150 (2–3 business days)
Express: Free for orders AED 150 and above (2–3 business days)
Store pickup: Free, collect at your convenience

GCC & Lebanon

Express: AED 50 for orders AED 500 and below (3–5 business days)
Express: Free for orders above AED 500 (3–5 business days)

Rest of the world

Express with DHL: AED 100 (3–5 business days)

Notes

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Delivery estimates are in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
A signature may be required where available.

International duties and taxes

Customs, import duties and taxes may be payable once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Refused or unclaimed shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed or not accepted, all related costs (original shipping, return freight, duties and handling fees) will be deducted from any refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
