Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  

How to start a return

Contact Customer Care with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll confirm eligibility and share the next steps.

At a glance:

  • Full-price items: refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
  • Discounted items: refund within 14-days of delivery. Exchange or store credit within 30 days.
  • Final Sale: items clearly labelled Final Sale on the product page or at checkout are not eligible to return or exchange.
  • UAE return handling fee: free returns on orders AED 500 and above. Returns on orders under AED 500 or any discounted order carry a AED 40 handling fee per order. The fee is waived if you choose an exchange or store credit.
  • International returns: customer pays return shipping and any customs or import charges unless agreed otherwise.

Eligibility windows:

  • Full-price items: 30 days from delivery for refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Discounted items: 14 days for refund. 30 days for exchange or store credit.
  • Delivery for in-store pickup: delivery is the date your order is made available for collection, not the date it is collected.

Return handling fees:

  • UAE orders AED 500 and above: free returns.
  • UAE orders under AED 500 or any discounted order: AED 40 handling fee per order.
  • In-store returns and exchanges: free.
  • The handling fee is waived when you choose an exchange or store credit.

Return conditions

  • Items must be new and unused with all original tags, protective materials, accessories, dust bags and packaging.
  • Footwear: please try on a clean, carpeted surface. The shoe box is part of the product. Damaged boxes may lead to refusal.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use or alteration.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards, store credit, underwear, swimwear, socks and any item marked non-returnable or Final Sale.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • All claims are subject to verification. We may request the item be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement, exchange or refund.
  • UAE: if approved, we cover the return and issue a replacement, exchange or refund.
  • International: return shipping may be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

All claims are subject to verification. In some cases, we may request that the item be returned to us for inspection before a replacement, exchange, or refund is issued.

UAE orders: If your claim is approved, we will cover return shipping and issue a replacement, exchange, or refund.

International returns and refused shipments

  • Original shipping, return shipping and any duties or fees are non-refundable.
  • If a shipment is refused, unclaimed or not accepted, all related costs, including original shipping, return freight and duties, will be deducted from any refund.

Exchanges:

  • One exchange per item.
  • If the new item costs less, the difference is issued as store credit. If it costs more, we will send a payment link or you can settle in store.
  • Choosing an exchange or store credit waives the AED 40 handling fee.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Original delivery costs and any customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and approved, allow up to 5 business days for processing. Bank timeframes may vary.

Definitions

  • Full-price purchase: the line item was bought at the listed price with no reduction applied.
  • Discounted purchase: any reduction versus the listed price at checkout. This includes sale pricing, automatic promotions, coupon or voucher codes, loyalty redemptions, price matches and bundle discounts.
  • Assessment is per line item. If a line item is discounted, the discounted policy applies to that line item.
  • Final Sale overrides all other return options when labelled on the product page or at checkout.

Returns fair use:

  • We monitor return frequency to protect against misuse. Where activity appears excessive, we may limit returns, deny requests for certain products or suspend the account.
