Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can:

Items Purchased at Full Price: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit (non-refundable), or a refund. (A restocking fee may apply.)

Items Purchased on Sale, with a Coupon Code, or Any Other Promotion: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a refund or within 30 days for an exchange or store credit (non-refundable). (A restocking fee may apply.)

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

All products must be returned in a new and unused condition, complete with all protective materials and brand tags attached (where applicable). This requirement extends to all packaging, accessories, and dust bags. We reserve the right to reject any return if the product exhibits signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original state.

 

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Gift Cards, Store Credit, Underwear, Swimwear, Socks, and other similar items.

Some items may be marked as non-refundable, non-exchangeable, or final sale. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

 

Cancellation & Restocking Fees

Orders can be cancelled at no charge prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched and collected, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, please wait until you’ve received the order and contact us to initiate a return request.

Restocking fees may apply as follows:

UAE Returns:

  • Orders above AED 500 can be returned free of charge.
  • Orders below AED 500, sale items, items purchased during a promotion, or purchased using a coupon code carry an AED 40 restocking fee. This fee is charged on a per order basis.

In-store Returns:

  • Exchanges/returns do not incur any fees.

International Orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any customs charges that may apply.
  • If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or not accepted at the time of delivery, the customer will be fully liable for the original shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs duties, and any additional fees incurred during the return process. These will be deducted from the final refund amount.

All restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount at the time of processing.

 

How Many Times Can I Exchange an Item?

Only one exchange per item is permitted. You may exchange your item for any other item.

  • If the new item’s price is lower than your original purchase, the difference will be credited to your thegoodlife. account as store credit (non-refundable).
  • If the new item’s price is higher, we will provide a payment link, or you can settle the difference at thegoodlife. store.

 

How Will I Receive My Refund?

You can choose to receive your refund either as:

  1. Store credit to your thegoodlife. account (non-refundable).
  2. A refund back to the original payment method.

Refunds will not include your initial delivery cost or any customs fees you initially paid, as both are non-refundable.

Store credit will be added to your thegoodlife. account after the item is received, inspected, and the return is approved.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once we’ve received your return at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for the item to be checked and approved.

If you’ve requested a refund, we’ll issue it to your original payment method and send you a confirmation email. When the funds reach your account will depend on your bank’s processing time.

If you’ve chosen store credit, it will be added to your account automatically with no delays once your return has been approved.

 

How Do I Return an Item?

You can return both in-store and online orders either from the comfort of your home.

 

Returns Fair Use Policy

At thegoodlife., we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. To ensure fairness and prevent misuse of our returns policy, we monitor the frequency of returns from all customer accounts.

Excessive returns may indicate misuse of our policy. Accounts with a high volume of returns will be reviewed. Factors such as the frequency, reason for return, and overall purchase history will be considered. If an account is found to be abusing the returns policy, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

  • Limit or restrict the ability to make future returns.
  • Deny return requests for certain products.
  • Suspend or deactivate the account.
