- Dubai: Same-day delivery AED 25
- Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain: Free shipping above AED 500
Returns and exchanges
- Full-price items: Refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery
- Discounted items: Refund within 14 days; exchange or store credit within 30 days
- UAE handling fee: Free returns on orders AED 500 and above; AED 40 per order on returns under AED 500 or any discounted order. Fee waived for exchanges or store credit
- Final Sale items are not eligible to return or exchange
