The ASICS GEL-NYC 2.0 starts where the original left off, then goes further. Its upper looks back to the GEL-1050 from 2000, a silhouette that defined a certain era of performance running, and rebuilds it with suede overlays that sit somewhere between archive and now. Familiar in shape, refined in feel.

The tooling follows the same logic. Drawing from both the GEL-1050 and the outsole of the GEL-LYTE DS II, it carries the DNA of ASICS' running heritage into a build made for everyday wear. Technical references, translated for life off the track.

Underfoot, a layered midsole brings together TRUSSTIC™ support, GEL™ cushioning, and FF BLAST™ PLUS foam. A combination that makes the 2.0 noticeably lighter and more considered than its predecessor. The kind of difference you feel from the first step.
